The best Bellowhead gig I have been to so far!
The band were in an upbeat mood, celebrating their anniversary at what might be termed their ’home’ venue. Lots of balloons and party hats, and all round silliness.
The set included a number of new tracks from the eagerly-awaited album, and Saul Rose guesting - resulting in half the gig being double-melodeoned!
The crowd atmosphere down the front was brilliant, and the gig was gone in a flash, despite the band playing well over an hour. I have also never some away quite so exhausted - a sure sign of energetic dancing and enjoyment.
