Before they burst onto the folk scene in their separate and distinct guises, Eliza Carthy and Nancy Kerr worked together between 1993 and 1995, recording two albums, which were later followed in 2002 by a compilation album under the title "On Reflection" which includes several previously unreleased tracks.
Nancy grew up in Northumberland and has been performing since the age of 14, firstly with Alistair Anderson’s group Syncopace, followed by ground-breaking work with Eliza Carthy and later followed by a partnership with James Fagan, now a trio with Rob Harbron.
