Folk on the Plinth

Posted by Liz Osman on 03 October 2009

Some of you may have heard about Anthony Gormley’s latest artwork One and Other. 2,400 each taking their hour on the fourth plinth of Trafalgar Square to do whatever they want. There have been a few folkies up there so far and I’ll be joining the list this Friday, 9th October at 11am.

If you’re in the area and want to see me make a fool of myself playing concertina, or want to join in with the English session tunes on offer, or bring some morris dancing friends for an impromptu jig, please feel free!

The more the merrier - bring your fiddles, banjos, tambourines and kazoos for this one off session experience!
