Back in 2002, the young Sam and Hannah met. Having spent the intervening 7 years playing with Kerfuffle, they started performing as a duo in 2009. Both are part of other successful groups, Sam with big band Bellowhead, and Hannah with the Demon Barber Roadshow.

Between them, they bring a rather astonishing variety of instruments to gigs - Sam plays a wide assortment of instruments, from the traditional fiddle and viola to bagpipes, nyckelharpa and cajon, and Hannah plays accordian, clog dances and sings.
Their early performances at Sidmouth Folk Festival, Shrewsbury Folk Festival and others have gone down well, and we look forward to a continuation of this in 2010. Their début album, Catches and Glees was released in 2009.
