Wheeler Street - The Pirate Song

A one-off song on a local record label, the subject of Wheeler Street’s new single was inspired by the recent resurgence of pirates in the news.

It skilfully marries a traditional lyric with their own original, and appropriately piratical, tune. Is a combination that highlights much of what is good about Wheeler Street in a neat package. The music is intricate but not showy and it’s topped of with a romantic lyric and strong vocal performance from Toby Starks.
